Caller ID  (Calling Number Delivery)
You can know the telephone number of the person calling before you answer the call with Calling Number Delivery. The calling party's 10 digit telephone number, local or long distance is shown on a Caller ID display. The calling party's number is displayed after the first ring, even if the number is unlisted. The number is not displayed if the caller has blocked the delivery of the call, or if the telephone switching equipment is not capable of Caller ID. If this is the case, the display screen shows "Private" or "Anonymous". 
Cost: $3.50 per month

Blocking options are available at no charge to block your number from appearing on a Caller ID display.

Calling Number Delivery with Name
Caller ID with Name allows a customer to view the name and number of the incoming call on a Caller ID display unit or Caller ID telephone, provided the calling party has not marked their directory number as private.
Cost: $3.95 per month

Anonymous Call Rejection
          Start Code: *77           End Code: *87
In conjunction with Caller ID, Anonymous Call Rejection allows a customer to program their telephone to refuse calls from parties that are intentionally blocking their telephone numbers. When a caller whose number is blocked tries to reach a phone that has activated anonymous call rejection, they will receive a recorded message stating that the number they are trying to reach is not accepting calls from blocked lines. Caller ID and Caller ID with Name customers will receive Anonymous Call Rejection at no additional charge.

Automatic Callback
          Start Code: *66           End Code: *86
Stop redialing busy numbers! This feature will automatically redial the last number called from your phone for up to 30 minutes or until the call is completed or canceled. When both your line and the called line are available, you will hear a special call-back alert. You can still dial out and receive calls when the system is setting up the call, and the feature can be deactivated at any time.
Cost: $1.50 per month

Automatic Recall
          Start Code: *69           End Code: *89
End the frustration of missed calls! This feature will store the number of the last incoming call and automatically redial it for you. Automatic Recall will attempt to connect the call for up to 30 minutes. A distinctive ring will alert you when the call has been connected. This feature will not return blocked calls.
Cost: $1.50 per month

Customer Originated Trace
          Start Code: *57           End Code: *57
End harassing phone calls! You can initiate a trace on the last call you have received. The originating telephone number, time and date of the call is recorded on a printer at the telephone company office and can be forwarded to a law enforcement agency at your request. To take further action after a trace, you must contact your local law enforcement agency (see your phone book for law enforcement telephone numbers). There is a charge for every successful activation.

Selective Call Acceptance

Stop unwanted phone calls!
This feature allows you to choose only the calls you want to receive. By developing a list of telephone numbers, you can specify which calls will ring through to you. Only calls originating from number on your list will reach you; other calls will receive a recording that states that your number is not accepting calls at this time. A blocked call will reach you only if it originates from a number on your list.
Cost: $1.50 per month

Selective Call Rejection
          Start Code: *60           End Code: *60
Stop harassing phone calls! You can choose not to receive calls from specific parties by entering their telephone number into a "screening list" of numbers.  Any calls originating from a phone number on your screening list will receive a recording that you are not accepting calls at this time.
Cost: $1.50 per month

Selective Call Forwarding
          Start Code: *63           End Code: *63
Receive special calls away from home! Forward selected calls from another telephone number when you are away, and have all other calls handled normally.  This feature is fully compatible with standard features of Call Forwarding.
Cost: $1.50 per month

Selective Distinctive Ringing
          Start Code: *61           End Code: *61
Answer only the calls that you want! This feature allows you to develop a special list of telephone number that will have a special ring or call waiting tone to announce their call.
Cost: $1.50 per month
